The Art of Effective Feedback with Karen Weeks

Karen is also a speaker, advisor to start-up companies, Girls in Tech NYC board member, the published author of Setting the Stage: A Guide to Preparing for Any Feedback Conversation and host of the podcast Getting off the Hamster Wheel. In this episode, Karen discusses why giving and receiving feedback can be so difficult, shares tips on how to give and receive feedback well, and explains how to create a culture of feedback in your organization.
