Alison is a facilitator, communicator, and connector who brings people and ideas together for learning and success through her company Alto Solutions. In this episode, Stephanie and Alison discuss the lessons we all learned from Mister Rogers as kids and how applicable they are to the world of TD professionals and how we design, develop, and deliver training.
